In February 2021, AC Supply became a wholesale distribution parent with Nortek, specializing in the Frigidaire unitary brand. Historically, AC Supply has been a supply house specializing in every part or piece a contractor needs for an HVAC system. Still, we decided to invest in product and warehouse space to make AC Supply the complete source for every HVAC need.
To get our long-standing customers to invest in the product, we designed an Elite Experience incentive program culminating in 4-nights in Mexico. As customers continued to stock and sell the Frigidaire brand throughout the year, they were rewarded with gifts and swag designed to excite them and their families about the upcoming Mexico incentive trip.
Two of our customers, American Home and Stallons, saw the value of the Frigidaire Brand and were rewarded with the first-ever Elite Experience Trip in Mexico this March. We traveled to Punta Mita, Mexico, a 45-min drive from Puerto Vallarta, known for having the best surfing in all of North America. Guests were greeted at the Secrets Bahia Mita all-inclusive luxury resort and enjoyed stunning views of Banderas Bay, welcome cocktails, and lots of fun in the sun.
As a group, we had planned to surf some of the best beaches in Mexico, but the humpback whales got our attention, and we turned our surfing adventure into a once-in-a-lifetime whale-watching experience. We sailed, paddled-boarded, and snorkeled throughout Banderas Bay. The finale of our trip was a gorgeous sunset dinner with live music and local cuisine.
