At the beginning of 2023, AC Supply, with its equipment partners, rolled out the Big Buy Club promotional rewards program. This program rewards our customers with $1 trip money for every $1 spent with AC Supply on all LG and Frigidaire equipment purchases.
Our first reward trip of the Big Buy Club was this fall in Horseshoe Bay, Texas. Four contractors used their earned trip funds to attend this 2-night trip to the Hill Country. This luxurious Texas getaway was jam-packed, including golf, spa, fine dining, and wine country tours.
Our guests were welcomed to the Horseshoe Bay Resort & Spa with glamorous bags full of gifts and treats to kick off their Big Buy Club trip. That evening, we enjoyed a wonderful dinner in a private wine room before the group headed out to Whitewater, the Horseshoe Bay signature putting course, complete with natural greens and sand traps. The fierce competition came down to the last hole to crown one team as champion.
Some headed early to hit the links the following day, while the rest enjoyed a day at several of the Texas Hill country’s most beautiful wineries. In the evening, we gathered at the marina for a group dinner that was full of great conversation and many laughs.
The last day was a day to relax in the Horseshoe Bay Spa for many while a few of the golf lovers squeezed in one more round before heading back to North Texas.
This was the first Big Buy Club trip, but lucky for you, it is not the last. In 2024, customers will continue to bank trip money for every equipment purchase. We have three more trips planned to reward our loyal customers. The locations for these trips will include a second 2-night trip to Horseshoe Bay, a 3-night trip to Mexico, and a 7-night European Mediterranean Cruise.
