Maxson has 39 years of experience in the HVACR industry. He has worked in the supermarket and commercial refrigeration field for most of his career. In his current position as the trainer for Parker Hannifin (Aftermarket Department), he is responsible for technical and sales training for Parker components used in the HVACR industry. His training classes are designed for service personnel, salesmen, and original equipment manufacturers that design, install and repair air conditioning equipment. Maxson received a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University in 1973. He is NATE Certified in the AC and Heat Pump fields since March 2007. Maxson also has the HVAC Excellence Certification in Light Commercial Refrigeration.
