    8:00 AM12:00 PMAdvanced TroubleshootingAttendees of this course will have the opportunity to learn by a hands-on approach. Wall mount indoor units will be disassembled in order to learn how to properly change components such as blower motors and control boards. There will be a station to learn how to test and trouble shoot boards, motors, thermistors and electronic expansion valves.

    A portion of the class will be dedicated to using the SIMS 2.0 diagnostic module. Modules will be available for sale for $96 at the training.

    There will be a discussion of what is to be expected when a technician calls into tech support. What information the technician needs to have ready, the questions that will be asked by tech support and what the procedure is to get a warranty part after the technician hangs up the phone.
